Holm Security’s new HR manager, Thomasine, is a Linköping native with three marathons under her belt but she has put the running shoes on the shelf - for now. Thomasine keeps herself busy spending time with her son while also finding the time for her guilty pleasure, bad reality TV.

What got you interested in Holm Security?

First of all, I really believe in the product which is a huge motivation for me. But of course, the role itself was very interesting and I felt I had a lot to bring to the table as well as it being a challenge.

What former experiences can you benefit from in your new job role at Holm Security?

I have a lot of experience with HR and recruitment but also specifically within IT which I think is beneficial both when it comes to talking to potential candidates but also understanding the products.

What were your impressions during your first week?

Business and pleasure! Everyone seemed really busy with work while also taking the time to socialize and unwind.

According to you, how can Holm’s products help others?

Better safe than sorry goes for many aspects in life and protecting sensitive information is no exception. Having vulnerabilities is one thing, but having the wrong people finding out can be devastating.

What are you looking forward to the most in working with Holm?

Personally, it is a really great opportunity for me to grow in my profession, but I am also very excited to see Holm taking on new markets and welcoming more colleague all over the world.
