Meet Amil - Customer Support Engineer
When he's not playing video games, you'll likely find our Customer Support Engineer Amil Sefo on the couch watching his favorite animes, Detective Conan or Hunter X Hunter. A natural fixer and self-proclaimed jokester, Amil is always the first to help a friend in need.
What do you do here at Holm Security?
As part of the Customer Success team, I assist or help customers with any issue or question. Assisting can happen by answering on the support phone, answering tickets, creating articles, troubleshooting, or creating an internal ticket for our engineers to check. We would do whatever is needed to ensure that everything runs smoothly for the customer.
What is your team like?
My team is like a family; everyone is busy with their own, but as soon as one of us needs a hand, we will all jump to help - without hesitation. One for all, all for one.
What first got you interested in working at Holm Security?
Who is not interested in cyber security? I have always been interested in cyber security since a young age. My studies taught me and gave me a different idea about cyber security. Holm Security made that idea come true. It's all about helping other companies keep their environment secure and making life just a little easier.

Fascinating, multicultural, powerful.
What has been your favorite part about working at Holm so far?
It's hard to say because I've enjoyed everything! But to mention a few: the office, the colleagues, AW, trips, and having the flexibility to work from home.
What are you passionate about?
I would say Cloud (IT), cars, food, video games, and fixing stuff (It can be whatever). I can spend hours and hours learning new things about IT, driving, finding the faulty fuse, changing car parts, testing new food, finding the right car for my friends, fixing the router, etc.
