Mihail would describe himself as an avid traveller, in particular the East Coast of the US and a vast part of Europe. Having been awarded a scholarship from the Swedish Institute for promoting learning IT activities for children in his native country Moldova, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree in the field of Network Forensics. With his previous work experience as an embedded software developer within the fields of content management, C programming and in the automotive industry, Mihail will be a great addition to the team as a Security Engineer.

What got you interested in Holm Security?  What former experiences can you benefit from in your new job role at Holm Security?

Holm security is the company that provide our customers with an understanding into how secure they are. With the number of digital devices increasing exponentially, now like never before, industries must accord their attention to security and make it a priority.

From first sight I understood that this is the perfect place for me, where both my knowledge in cybersecurity and my experience in software development can be used to perform best. 

What were your impressions during your first week?

Well, in the first week my head was spinning because I wanted to do a good job and meet all expectations. But the team was there to help me adapt as fast as possible without pressure. Everybody was super friendly.

According to you, how can Holm Security’s products help others?

Like I mentioned before, nowadays security must be a priority and Holm Security is the company that can provide a full picture of how vulnerable a network is. This company has gathered the best people in domain to cover even the smallest details to provide the full report of all found vulnerabilities and to be able to assist our customers along the way.

What are you looking forward to the most in working with Holm Security?

Being able to grow and develop my skills and build an even better product along the way, to make our customers feel even more secure.
