Manasa originates from Hyderabad, India where she says to have a very casual family. She’s especially inspired by her father who has made an amazing journey in becoming a doctor specialized in thyroid and diabetes. 

Initially she came to Sweden through a student program in January 2017, getting her Masters degree in Telecommunications, while also, of course, binge watching series and going to the gym.  

What got you interested in Holm Security?

Security! I’ve always been curious to know how hackers think and go about to get information. Also how systems stay secure without getting hacked. Therefor I got interested in Holm Security where I get to gain a lot more experience within this field. 

What former experiences can you benefit from in your new job role at Holm Security?

Both technically and connecting with people that care about security. It’s nice to have people who share this interest of mine. 

What were your impressions during your first week?

I remember feeling a little bit tense at first, since this is my first job in this field and I of course want to do a good job and meet the expectations put on me. Since then it has been incredible in getting the trust and acknowledgment from my colleagues and getting everything done on time. I believe Erik is a really good manager and especially mentor. 

According to you, how can Holm Security’s products help others?

To stay secure, of course! I believe it’s crucial to have updates of the systems come in automatically now and then and getting an overview of how the systems are looking. 

What are you looking forward to the most in working with Holm Security?

Being able to grow and gain more experience in my work. A lot of my colleagues here are extremely experienced which I am very happy about since I really like to learn everything I can. My goal is to become an IT Security specialist and I’m lucky to have such an amazing team around me this early in my career.
