Senior Key Account Manager – SalesVictor is a real competitor, whether it’s a game or at work. He his constantly on the move and enjoys the joke of him being the “deal closer” at the office. This hard working guy loves to joke around even though everyone might not always get it. You’d might have to think twice before challenging him, he really loves winning.
What do you do at Holm Security?
My days consists of speaking with new customers but also existing clients. I am responsible for sales towards municipalities, electrical companies, government led organizations and more. I also spend a lot of my time delegating with partners and improving our offer.
What do you enjoy the most about your work?
Closing deals, of course! I like the whole concept of the sales process, but the best part is certainly in the decision phase. It’s a great feeling knowing that every client signed is the result of your hard work as a key account manager. But never to forget the exciting feeling being the first contact with clients and booking a meeting.
What is the best thing about working at Holm Security?
The company in itself. The cohesion, the freedom of speech and the respect between colleagues. Also the fact that the company is quite new results in continuous positive feedback from clients and partners.
