About the position

As Sales Manager for Sweden and Norway you will have the overall responsibility for the performance of the sales teams, budgets and sales strategies. We are in an exciting stage of our business and you will play an important role in further develop and strengthen our sales team.

In addition to coaching the sales team and supporting them in their processes you will also have your own budget and be hands on with the clients. You will educate the sales team and make sure that we always are up to speed with both changes in the market and the world around us as well as with new updates and releases internally.

You report directly to our CEO.

To be successful in this role

You enjoy the success of your team as much as your own. You are highly results driven and goal oriented. You have the ability to think outside the famous box, are persistent and can quickly adapt to changed circumstances. You enjoy driving sales both on a more strategical level as well as on a more operational one.

You are equally as charismatic as trustworthy, where you have the ability to motivate and engage your team as well as being stable and consistent in your communication. You will be an important culture carrier throughout the organization.

You have a proven track record from a similar position, where your results speak louder than words. You have experience from B2B sales within IT and SaaS solutions, preferably from cyber security. You have knowledge within TCP/IP, web, web protocols and in general a good understanding of the IT landscape and the challenges our customers might face.

Option program

Holm Security offers an option program for all employees starting during Q1 and Q2 2020 in Sweden. The program means that you have the opportunity to become shareholder based one favourable terms - not least from a tax perspective. The program is based on the new and beneficial model with so called qualified employee stock options (Swedish: kvalificerade personaloptioner) that was launched 2018 by the Swedish Tax Agency (Swedish: Skatteverket). As one of very few companies, Holm Security qualifies to apply the program.
