About the position

The position as Technical Account Manager will give you the best of two worlds, combining tech and sales. You work closely together with our Finnish Country Manager. You help out with PoCs, implementation and technical support to help our partners and end customers to get the most out of their investment in our platform.

Example for daily activities:

  • Technical sales support for prospects and existing customers.
  • Sales activities to drive business with partners and end customers.
  • Actively follow up existing customers.

Experience & skills

To be successful in this position we think that you have previous experience from technical support or similar roles, preferably from SaaS or cloud services. You have a good understanding of TCP/IP, network and web architecture. You have strong social skills and you are service minded and have technical sales, or sales related experiences. Your are fluent in Finnish and English, spoken as well as written.
