About the position 

As Global CCO you will lead Holm Security's global sales organization and will be responsible for growing the customer base as well as the sales pipeline. You will work with optimizing sales processes, mentoring sales management and staff to grow within their profession, but first and foremost you will be responsible for defining and delivering on sales targets. You will make sure we have the tools needed to analyse all sales activities in detail to be able to improve the sales performance and work proactively.

You will join a team of talented and ambitious people who is constantly breaking new ground on our road to becoming markets leaders in Europe and Asia. You will work closely with our Sales/Country Managers, sales representatives and our CEO.

When we enter into new markets, you will make sure we that the time frame to success is as short as possible. This will be done by making sure we introduce, structures and get the processes in place fast.

To be successful in this role

  • Well organized and structured.
  • Experience from sales management on a global market.
  • Experience developing, tracking and driving a revenue pipeline.
  • Experienced leader with previous management positions.
  • Experience from working with global companies and markets.
  • Experience from setting up and structuring CRM and other related tools.
  • Previous experience from working with IT security is a bonus. 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

Option program

Holm Security offers an option program for all employees starting during Q1 and Q2 2020 in Sweden. The program means that you have the opportunity to become shareholder based one favorable terms - not least from a tax perspective. The program is based on the new and beneficial model with so called qualified employee stock options (Swedish: kvalificerade personaloptioner) that was launched 2018 by the Swedish Tax Agency (Swedish: Skatteverket). As one of very few companies, Holm Security qualifies to apply the program.
