Holm Security is on a journey to re-define the security landscape by building the next generation security platform that will empower everyone to take control over their own corporate security. 

Together we are building advanced and smart, but still very effective and easy-to-use products. Our goal is to become the market leaders in Europe.

We have within the last year established a footprint on the Swedish market with the release of our vulnerability assessment platform. We are today active on 6 markets in Europe and Asia.

The responses from the market have been overwhelming and we are now scaling up our business.

We are still in the start-up phase and are looking for key players to help us take on the challenges that comes when growing, to support our vision and build great products and a great organization.

The role

You will join our Customer Success Team to support and advice prospects and customers and possess a customer first perspective. Your main task is to help our customers to get most out of their investment in our platform You will work closely together with the rest of the Customer Success Team, our Tech Team and the Sales Teams in each market.

Daily activities

  • Support and advice existing customers in Europe and Asia.
  • Actively follow-up existing customers to make sure they get the most out of our platform.
  • Support prospects and the Sales Team in the test or Proof of Concept process.
  • Help new customers to fully implement our platform.
  • Educate existing customers in our platform.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience from technical support or helping customers with technical issues, preferable from other SaaS or cloud services.
  • You are well organized and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, network and web architecture.
  • Very good social skills.
  • Fluent English and Swedish in speaking and writing.
