About the position

The position will include a wide variety of tasks where you will have a lot of responsibilities and work in a highly agile environed with a strong security focus. You will be working on initiatives that matures the way we work, with everything from automation, packaging to centralized logging, CI/CD and global operations.

Our delivery is happening all around the world to many different organizations and we aim to optimize our product delivery further in the upcoming time for both SaaS and On-Premise. We are striving to build effective teams with focus on automation, security and reliability where everyone together owns the product delivery.

Your daily activities will include:

Managing our production operation with review of the overall system health to provide the best quality to our customers
Optimizing and improving our overall product delivery
Empowering and supporting our software engineers
Working on key initiatives related, but not limited, to Security, Scaling, Automation, Packaging, Logging and Monitoring

To be successful in this role

Experience with Private/Public Cloud operation & management
Extensive Linux knowledge
The ability to develop code in relation to IT operations
Worked within or in co-operation with Software Development
Good understanding of network and system architecture
Experience with effective CI/CD processes
Experience with containers and container management/orchestration

And if you have experience from:

Products shipped as SaaS and/or On-Premise
Scrum / Kanban and Agile working methods
Ansible
Working with routines required for the operation of large production systems (Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Security etc).

Stock option program

Holm Security offers an stock option program for employees in Sweden. The program means that you have the opportunity to become shareholder based on favourable terms - not least from a tax perspective. The program is based on the new and beneficial model with so called qualified employee stock options (Swedish: kvalificerade personaloptioner) that was launched 2018 by the Swedish Tax Agency (Swedish: Skatteverket).
