About the position
With this position you will play an important role in our mission to take our customer experience to the next level. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service and support within the entire Vulnerability Management industry.
You will be hands-on, supporting the team to develop processes and routines to make them more scalable and at the same time increase the level of service that we provide. You will also implement tools for automation and shift content towards video. And of course, follow-up the daily work with the team.
You will serve as a bridge between Customer Success and our Tech Team when it comes to technical challenges. You will also be in the Holm Security Product Board to influence the course of the product development.
This position is placed in Stockholm working with our international Customer Success Team located in Europe and Asia. The team currently consists of six people.
To be successful in this role
We like to see that you have previously worked closely with customers. This could either be within Customer Success, support, customer service or equal, or as a consultant within IT.
You need to be structured and understand how to structured work processes with demanding and enterprise customers.
You have experience from working within IT and preferably at a SaaS company. You have good understanding for IT and technology in general. Specifically within network communication (TCP/IP) as well as web communication (HTTP/HTTPS). If you have experience from cyber security that it a big bonus as well.
You need to be service minded and passionate about your work. Your engagement, enthusiasm and energy level will set the bar for the CS Team.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, in written as well as spoken.
