About the position
In the role as IT Operations Engineer you will be working closely with our DevOps Engineers with the mission to make our operations run more effectively. You will also be working closely with our Customer Success team and will function as 2nd line support, where you will both be answering questions from customers but also strengthen our internal processes. Automation and in general making smart and effective processes will be a big part of the position. This also means working with and develop tools for troubleshooting, problem-solving and such.
You will also be a part of our on-call schedule.
To be successful in this role
You have previous experience from working with customer service/support. You have great technical interest and what you do not know you are happy to learn. You are a natural problem solver who does not mind a challenge when it is given to you.
