What got you interested in Holm Security?
I used to work mostly with E-commerce platforms which is very profit oriented and can get quite aggressive. So from my own perspective I wanted to work with something pure and beneficial for everyone involved. Like Holm Security’s products help everyone using it and builds safer environments for everyone.
What former experiences can you benefit from in your new job role at Holm Security?
I’ve been working a lot with platforms and the mistakes I’ve made have given me the experience in how to not design these. Today I’m confident in knowing what needs to be done and how to implement it correctly. Moreover I also find that not only is the technical aspects important, the people involved from all areas are vital in the delivery as well.
What were your impressions during your first week?
I think people here are great – because they are great, right?
According to you, how can Holm Security’s products help others?
IT security is the part of the business that can often be neglected. It’s important to help people improve their systems and I believe it benefits the society overall. You want your private data to be secure and it’s good to know that there are professionals working on this, where you can rely on their expertise.
What are you looking forward to the most in working with Holm Security?
Having the opportunity to introduce crazy programming techniques that no one here will agree to use today! No, seriously – personal development is important, but I also want to do a good job and contribute to this very special project that Holm Security VMP is.
